Living at the Haddad's was always nice but I was excited all day long to see all my Araujo family again. It seemed like the Araujo's and I had a special unity. Like no matter how overwhelmed they were with all that was going on at the wedding, they were always aware of my presence.
Viver no Haddad sempre foi bom, mas fiquei ansiosa durante todo o dia para ver toda a minha família Araujo novamente. Parecia o de Araujo e eu tinha uma unidade especial. Como não importava quão abatidos estavam com tudo o que estava acontecendo no casamento, eles estavam sempre conscientes da minha presença.
Guta was really pretty. The top half of her dress had lacy flowers on it and coming out from them was kinda shredded-looking stuff. The bottom was just white taffeta. The whole thing had sparkly, opal-like glitter that catches all the lights. The train was really long and at the very end had more of the shredded stuff.
Guta era muito bonita. A metade superior de seu vestido tinha flores de renda sobre ele e sair deles era um pouco de coisas trituradas. O fundo era apenas um tafetá branco. O todo tinha brilhos brilhantes e opalinos que capturam todas as luzes. O trem era muito longo e, no final, tinha mais coisas trituradas.
I was so happy for them I couldn't stop smiling and almost cried. I being the one who usually laughs at weddings, including my own sisters.
Fiquei tão feliz por eles que não conseguiria parar de sorrir e quase chorava. Eu sou aquele que geralmente ri de casamentos, incluindo a da minha própria irmã.
The service was 1 hr 45 mins because it was like a regular mass.
O serviço foi de 1 hora e 45 minutos porque era como uma massa regular.
At the reception I mainly hung out with Wilson Quevedo (my first host brother) and also danced with Marcelo (from school).
Na recepção, passei o tempo com Wilson Quevedo (meu primeiro irmão anfitrião) e também dançava com Marcelo (da escola).
